Any one know the name of the product that is the stretchy, velcro strap that kind of tacks to your wetsuit? Trying to find it but no luck!!!

Not looking for the Snake Strap.

They're called 'grab straps' - Legendary carries them. Apparently they can scuff your suit up, I don't have them so can't confirm that.

couple of weeks back me and brad bought torelli knifes with velcro starps and so far no scuffing on our wetsuits. bloody great knifes. cheers dave

Not heard that they can do that from anyone else yet, Scott, but I am willing to suffer a little bit of suit wear to avoid the hazards and pain-in-the-arse-factor of the silly rubber straps my new knife came with.

yeah they will scuff up your suit as watto uses them and they have just discoloured that small part of the suit i havent had an issue as i have the knife pouch on my long johns

It'll scuff it over time but you'd be hard pressed to notice without it being pointed out! Well worth it! Mines been scuffed for ages and it's still probably the only piece of my wetty without holes!

Yeah the scuffing is no issue. Open cell suit ain't gonna last you forever anyway.
Although I did just read how much you "heart" a 3mm wetty, so maybe you wanna take the cautious route.

it is double sided velcro. you can pick it up from legendary... although you may find it to be more cost effective buying the same product from clark rubber. Hope that helps
