The price includes shipping, they are a knock off of your more expensive "frogman led lesner" which I have, but about 6 of my dive mates are using these cheapies are they haven't faulted them yet. Switches have held up well, O ring hasn't failed and you get 30+ hours out of the battery's. Has a very narrow super bright beam great for spotting in deep caves. For the price of them you can buy 3 compared to some of the torches available here...
