Get yourself a rubber one with a stainless quick release buckle. Like this one;

What are the benefits of the Rubber weight belts in comparison to the material ones?

I used to use a webbing weight belt and found that sometimes the weights would shift around on the belt. The belt used to shift around on me too during dives. Getting a rubber belt fixed these issues for me. Personally, I wouldn't buy another webbing belt myself, but that's just me, I'm sure others use webbing belts with no issues.

I'd suggest getting a quick release buckle. That buckle has a pin that goes through a hole.

They release quicker than a quick release buckle.
