Thanks for getting some pictures up and thanks for grabbing my weight belt from the bottom for me. I tried in vain for probably 5 minutes but could get nowhere near it. Greatly appreciated. A good number of people turned up for this comp. I had a top day all the same. Shot some fish, scored some points, ate fish for dinner, speared in a new area and enjoyed seeing all the other fish coming in at the weigh in and there was surely some great fish taken on the day.

Congrats on everyones efforts yesterday. Rather pissed off my day ended early and ruining the day for Lee. Once again thanks Lee for the help. Hope to be back out in the water asap.

Great start to the season with 28 divers signing on. Conditions were tough and being a September comp the fish aggregations were still thinned from the recent cooler months, however still a great opener for the SFD club series and everyone was high spirited overall.

Great to see Danny Heaver travel all the way from Geelong for the day and place 6th with 6 species - 661.4pts @ 47.5%. Also great to see Drew Fenney back on the scene after a long 4 year break ruffling the feathers of the A graders. Awesome work Andrew Vibert placing 3rd with 8 species and 860.1pts @ 61%!

Thanks heaps to the guys who organised and catered for the day, top effort and thanks to all the friends and family who supported the competitors and enjoyed the beautiful warm sunshine on the day!!

Lastly, it would be great to see some more ladies competing in the coming comps, well done to Carly smashing Geoff... again!!

Not sure how long I will be down here for Oz, the crystal clear warm waters of the north are missing me!!

Was great to compete again after a long stint in between. Also great to see many of the old faces as well as meet a few of the new club members.
