BOAT AGGREGATE
The Boat Aggregate trophy is awarded to the diver with the highest combined scores from the three VSC boat competitions. This coming season the boat competitions will be held at Sorrento (30/11/14), Newhaven (22/2/15) and Port Fairy (17/5/15).

SORRENTO BOAT COMP
Boat competitions are physically less demanding than shore diving and more social, as most divers share a boat with their buddies. During the Sorrento Boat Comp, divers generally focus on diving inside Port Phillip Bay. The weigh-in is in the picturesque Sorrento Park just behind the boat ramp. Big Squid and big Flathead have regularly been caught during this event.

NEWHAVEN BOAT COMP
The Newhaven Boat Comp has produced more species than any other competition in Victoria in recent years. Last year, the winner weighed in twenty species including a 10kg Kingfish.

PORT FAIRY BOAT COMP
The third boat competition will be held at Port Fairy. The last few years Southern Bluefin Tuna have been migrating relatively close to shore in this area. There is a real opportunity for a diver to land a Tuna during this event.

We have had 2 rounds of this series so far, Port Fairy to come in May. Here is a leaderboard:

Final results from 2014/15 are attached.
This seasons boat aggregate is scheduled to begin this Sunday at Sorrento.
The same format as last year will apply.

Here is the boat aggregate after 2 rounds. Its going to be tough to beat Mac from here! 3rd and final round is the Newhaven Boat Comp planned to held on the 21st of Feb. (Headings are wrong on spreadsheet. Lets just pretend they say Sorrento, Port Fairy, Newhaven in that order.....)
