Southern Freedivers next competition is scheduled to run on the 29th.
At this early stage it looks like none of the committee will be around to put this comp together.
If the comp is to run on the 29th we need some people to come forward to organise it.
So if you are interested in running this competition give me a call Andrew 0418577079 by this Friday otherwise comp will be postponed.

I'll organise it.

I've got bbq. I'll get snags, bread etc. We'll need a couple of helpers on the day. Let me know who's interested.

The 2nd aggregate comp is called OFF for this weekend.

Sunday is a no go everywhere, Saturday is no for the peninsula and a maybe for the island however we wont have the numbers to run it.

Next comp will hopefully be Sorrento Boat.

Hi All,

Southern Freedivers will attempt to run the 3rd competition this coming Sunday (5th November) with Saturday as a backup option.
The location will depend on conditions, and as usual the final call will be made on Thursday evening after the forecast is updated.
The final call will be posted on the forum and Facebook page.

Hi All,

Due to the unusually good weather, we will plan to run a competition this coming weekend.
There are reports of 20m+ visibility on the ocean side and really low swell is forecast for the coming weekend.

This will be the catch-up of the 2nd aggregate comp that was postponed last month and will be a shore dive.

The exact location is still to be confirmed and will be posted up tomorrow night with the final call.

Good call, it doesn't get any better in Vic than the past week and into this weekend.
