Expect some photos from me after the gee up at the meeting. I received my housing for the old camera a week or so ago, so I'm going to get amongst it from now on :)

Ok I just sent in a couple of photos I took the other afternoon down in Mornington. I'm really enjoying the photography at the moment, I found that I actually spent a lot more time with my gun on the float taking photos than I did with the camera on the float shooting at fish.

Expect some more photos every month from me. It's not hard to get out once you have the gear. I hope the comp runs next year, it would be a pity to miss out on it because people don't send in photos.

Thanks for organising everything Badger and others. Good on you Rhino for getting on the forums and encouraging people to get out there and take some photos of the beautiful underwater world some of us take for granted when out getting dinner.

Ask Kurt to hold off on them till the end of the month in case you get some better ones. I'll bring your stringer to the comp, thanks Tim.

Still 4 more stringers guys, all it takes is one pic. Not to mention the great prizes Badger has organised for the end of the comp!

Won't be at the comp mate, sorry. Won't be able to take any more photos for the month either, leave on Sat and don't get back til the 1st March. Thanks anyway, I'll see you around for the stringer. Thanks a lot Tim for the stringer, much appreciated mate.

Tom

I'm with Tom, photography is good fun, and when I do have my camera with me I spend more time non-lethally shooting fish. I haven't shot any photos of fish yet that I'd care to submit, but I sent Kurt a nice sea dragon photo from the Thursday after the last meeting, in Portsea. But I always seem to have the gun out at the wrong moment, and vica versa.

Well that pic will at least get you a stringer, the pics don't have to be great. Anything is better than nothing!

Keep it up!

My mum is happier when I bring photos home rather than fish. She loves to see what I see, just not when I bring it home with a nasty hole in it, and my dad does sports photography, so he likes to see what I shoot as well.

Well done guys, that's more like it! Some great pics there!

Ivor, Ashley, Tom, Nia and Andrew...you guys have all scored yourselves a new stringer thanks to Tim!

Keep it up, I'm pretty sure that next month is the last month to submit pics for you chance to win some prizes. Bloody good prizes at that! The framed print from last year looked awesome and the Torelli suits are great!

March is the last month to contribute any photos. i have a brand new AUF/Torelli wetsuit to give to the winner of the best shark photo entered and logged in the GASC, a framed print will go to the competitor with photo of the year, plus some monthly prizes, plus Tims generous stringer donation. good luck to all.
