According to our Blue Calendar: 4th May - Spare (this weekend) 11th May - Mothers Day 18th May - Spare - Club Trip (TBA) 25th May - Spare 1st June - End of Comp Season |

Last that i heard the port fairy boat comp was being put forward to this Sunday due to weather, i think a decision will be made tomorrow as to if its held this weekend. my guess would be that it will be postponed again but will try to post tomorrow when its put up on Facebook

This just in from the SCS Hi Watto. Could you please put this on the SFD forum mate. Cheers. Hi All, The Victorian Spearfishing Commission final competition for the year, the Pt Fairy boat comp is on ..... This comp is also the final heat of the Hannan boat competition'. There are two possible weekends to hold the comp 17-18th of May and 24-25th of May. As always the convener will make the call based on conditions predicted but we expect it to go ahead unless conditions are judged to be unsafe. Cheers. |

Yeah mate, it's open to rock hopping as well as being in a boat, you've just gotta be back at the sign on/off area on time |

I just spoke to Pete Riddle. Port Fairy Boat comp is ON this Sunday 18 May. Meet at Port Fairy boat ramp (the one in the river) at 8 am. Winds are Northerly, Seas are Clear, See ya there! |

Hot off the press from RT Hi Watto Can you please put on SFD forum that this Sunday 18th May the last VSC boat comp is to be held at Port Fairy 0800 hr meet at Port fairy ramp. Comp. 9-3 pm BBQ and weigh in to follow at Peter Riddles house Do you have any score sheets left? I am crook and will not be going Was going to phony copy a few Please confirm Cheer Rob |
