Post subject:  Comp #3 Peninsula Shore comp Nov 15th (replaces Woolami )
Comp 3 will run as a shore based comp from one of the many dive sites on the Mornington Peninsula.
A venue will be chosen as the date gets closer.

Just swapping dates at this stage.Woolami Anchored is to good a comp to loose. We will probably try and run Woolami before the 15th May that was the original date for the Peninsula comp . We have plenty of time to discuss and sort.

We will be discussing the venue and other details at tomorrows meeting. At this early stage its very hard to make a call.

Well 15 this thursday, birthday coming up. Ive just recived a new gun and wetsute thought ide test it out. Also I was looking up details about this comp, I didn't realise did u have to register for this comp im sorry my bad :P

The good part is that your not too young to compete but you'll have to firstly register with the Auf (Australian underwater federation) and to colect points in our comps you'll have to be a member of the Southern Freedivers. We have a meeting tonight at edithvale at the Victorian game fishing association and you are more then welcome to come along

Hi Bashkan, my son is your age and we will be competing, you can swim with us and show you the ropes.
I will bring spare float and safety gear for you just in case you haven't got the complaint gear.

Andrew - Please consider the bay as an alternative if the ocean is to narly

Thank you all I most likely will be heading to the meeting but a slight chance I wont. I do have preety much all the gear including a boy the onlything im missing is a weight belt.

Thanks Andrew - I'll try and make it to the meeting tonight.

I'm just trying to get my gear up to scratch for this comp (my first). My float is just an orange plastic one from Rob Allen. Does anyone know where to buy (cheap) reflective tape? Also - is a CD sufficient for the mirror requirement, any other ideas?
