I've been toying with this idea in my head for a little while and finally sorted some ingredients
1x1-1.5kg crayfish
1 red chillie
1 teaspoon diced garlic
3x rashers of Middle bacon
1 lemon
Butter
Toothpicks
De-meat the cray tail and chop into 3 even peices
Roll each piece on bacon and secure with a toothpick
Slice chillie and place on top, with garlic, butter, season with salt and pepper
then add a slice of lemon.
Place on a baking tray into a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 12-15mins
Place cray carapace in the steamer for 5-6mins max
